Today’s Guest on ‘Intrepid Wisdom’ is the lovely Tamara Donn, who is an EFT Practitioner Trainer and Family Constellator, based in the UK.
EFT, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping, is an incredible tool which essentially tackles any emotional blockages, dis-ease or dis-harmony, in the body, mind and soul. Tamara also works with ‘Family Constellations’, which she explains has helped her to understand occurrences in her own life, which would have been ordinarily unexplainable.
Together with her husband Peter, they train practitioners around the world, in the UK, USA and Singapore, to use EFT. Tamara specializes in working with Mums who are over worked, stressed, emotionally exhausted and are looking for more balance and a better quality of life, with their kids. EFT is also an incredible tools to teach kids, as they can use it themselves, it is easy to learn, and you are providing their own tools for life. When Kids learn it growing up then they have it for their lifetime.
